Security post massacre in Al-Amal (Khan Younis)

Shortly after midnight on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, an Israeli aircraft targeted a group of Palestinian police officers in a security post, north of the Al-Amal neighborhood in western Khan Yunis, killing three people. Medical sources later confirmed a fourth death from injuries sustained in the attack.

One of them, Al-Attal had become engaged just one day earlier and was preparing for his wedding before the strike.

• Darwish Al-Attal

An unidentified wounded later succumbed of his injuries.
