**On December 1**, in the morning, an Israeli drone bombed a site in the village of Sayr, in the Jenin district. At the same time, the Israeli forces sent large military reinforcements to the area and began searching and combing the olive groves around the targeted room. Local sources and eyewitnesses said that heavy gunfire was heard in the targeted area, before the announcement of the death of two young men. Violent clashes erupted, followed by the sounds of explosions, as a security cordon was imposed and the occupation prevented journalists from covering the event. The Israli forces besieged Wael Abu Idris's house, shelling and killing Wael Lahlouh who had survived multiple assassination attempts in the town of Qabatiya several months ago. Moments before 5 pm, an Israeli drone shot journalist **Mamdouh Qunita** in the head in the courtyard of Al-Ahli Arab (Baptist) Hospital in Gaza City. He was pronounced dead a few minutes later. Mamdouh worked as an editor for Al Aqsa TV (aka Seraj TV). Around 1 pm, an Israeli strike targeted a vehicle along with a gathering of people who were getting flour at a **flour distribution point** in Qizan al-Najjar, south of Khan Younis. 12 people were killed. One of the victims, Ahmad Al-Qadi, said that her husband was **deaf**. He was on his way to go for prayer with four of his friends who are also deaf when they were struck by a rocket from a **drone**.
