"ما لا يقل عن 24 شهيدًا حتى اللحظة استشهدوا بسبب الصقيع والبرد وانهيار البيوت، بينهم 3 بالأمس وطفل، ليرتفع عدد شهداء الأطفال إلى 7. المأساة الإنسانية في غزة تتعمق، وأطفالها لا يحتاجون خطابات بل مأوى ويدًا تحميهم. الاحتلال يواصل سياسة القتل البطيء، فبينما تدخل شاحنات محملة بالكولا والشيبسي، يُمنع الدواء والفيتامينات في ذروة انتشار إنفلونزا شديدة ومتحورات غير مسبوقة، بعضها تبيّن أنه كورونا متحور. المستشفيات تعج بأسر كاملة، والمخزون الدوائي ينفد، وسوء التغذية ينهش الأمهات والأطفال ويصل إلى مستويات خطيرة من الأنيميا، مع ارتفاع الولادات المبكرة والتشوهات الخلقية، في سياسة تجويع مدروسة وكارثة صحية متكاملة. ضحايا البرد، خصوصًا الأطفال، يصلون بازرقاق وارتجاف، وأحيانًا وقد فقدوا الحياة، فالموت يأتي متسللًا على شكل حمى وسعال شديدين في أجساد أنهكها الجوع والخوف على مدى عامين.
